What I Believe: I believe we have three very basic needs. The need to be seen, the need to be recognized, and the need to be loved for who you are.
Having personally experienced many life transitions, I have lived the importance of accessing help when needed and the value of therapeutic writing in leading to transformational change.
After 35 years of weaving or incorporating therapeutic writing and life writing in my personal life and in my practice, I continue to be amazed by the value and healing power of the written word and how quickly it can advance the therapeutic process.
What I Offer:
In person individual counselling sessions in the Peace River and Falher area, and Skype sessions for those who aren’t able to access my office locations.
Retreats for individuals or groups who desire to do more focused and intensive work in a quiet and relaxed setting of choice.
Workshops and courses. In groups or individually – on line or live. These courses are about finding self-expression on your journey to wholeness. They are for anyone with the desire to explore and know themselves better. The courses offer an opportunity to find your voice, know your truth and realize you are not alone.
